Keli Brown at KB Counselling Services offers mental health counselling and therapy to adults, pre-teens and adolescents, and couples who may be experiencing a variety of struggles due to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, conflict resolution, stress management, addictions, grief and loss, low self-esteem, boundary setting, anger management, and the inability to cope with everyday life through the use of various evidence-based theories and modalities such as Schema Therapy, IFS, CBT, DBT and ACT while using a Person-Centered Therapy approach.
